TV is dead! Everybody says so!! Well lots of geeks and New-Media people will have you believe that the TV as we know it is near the end of its dominant life cycle. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a really long time since I have really wanted free to air television but when it comes to sport there is nothing like sitting on the couch and watching it live, and sport is big business. So I wonder if the Bill Gates and the Steve Jobs of the world really don’t have the need for TV?
Could you do it? Cut the cord, sever the ties with free to air and cable? We theorise, we scrutinise, we prophesise, but who among us could really do it?
